Entitlements – The true value of land in California is what you can do with it. Entitlements are the first step in turning a vision into reality. I have assisted developers and builders get the necessary permits and approvals to build everything from a garage to multi-million dollar commercial developments.

Construction Disputes – Dealing with Contractors can be a troublesome experience. I have successfully handled many contract disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation. I have handled mechanic’s liens, cost overruns, zoning and permit disputes.

Foreclosures – I have assisted hundreds of clients in handling the foreclosure of their homes and investment properties. I have successfully litigated against banks and lenders to stop foreclosures and to negotiate favorable settlements.
