State Litigation - I handle all types of litigation in the all of the Courts in Los Angeles and Orange County on both the Plaintiff’s and the Defendant’s side.

I am ever mindful of the expense and aggravation litigation can entail. I try to keep costs down without compromising the quality of representation. The end result is a favorable outcome with a minimum of outlay.

Federal Litigation – Federal cases are the most difficult, technical and procedurally intensive litigation. Many small firms and sole practitioners do not handle Federal litigation. I do. I actually enjoy it. It is intellectually stimulating and mentally challenging. And, I can handle Federal cases more cost effectively than a large firm.
